Outsourced

In recent layer of diversity of culture I saw a film on the use of outsourcing, as I saw many of the events in this film, which refers to the use of outsourcing. First, there is a man who has sufficient experience in the job and the director chose him to go to India because it needs to organize a lot of things in this company in India this man who chose him. When he got the news from the Director of its work, he said that he does not want to go, and then traveled to India. Stereotype

The video shows many examples about stereotype. The first example was about a Pakistani guy who was already hating a Sikh and the Sikh didn't  accept the Pakistani at all. The second example showed another stereotype, it was between the Germans and Japanese people who  competed with each other to determine who is better and more efficient in various aspects.

Intro of course

Cultural diversity is the difference between cultures of the countries. Every country has a different culture but some countries maybe the have a Similar culture.Some of culture came from people's religion. I expect to learn about other countries cultures and learn how to deal with other people from other countries and respect their culture and religion. It will be very useful for me and anyone to study this course when he will travel to other country. I've learned how to do a blog to share information with people and the class. We have learned about Hiroshima war that's killed  so many people in Japan. Our teacher is called Mr.Hedley; he is married with two daughters Kate and Mary and he has 4 grandchildren.
